Student Council
Student Council provides leadership opportunities for students in every grade, giving them a voice in school activities, events, and community service. Each grade-level council works both independently and in collaboration with others to support student interests, build school spirit, and make a positive impact on campus life.
Freshman Student Council
The Freshman Council helps students transition into high school by organizing events and activities that build class unity and school involvement. Members learn the basics of leadership, event planning, and teamwork while laying the foundation for future student leadership roles.
Sophomore Student Council
Sophomore Council builds on the leadership skills developed during freshman year and encourages greater involvement in school-wide projects. Members help with spirit weeks, fundraising, and service projects while continuing to represent the interests of their class.
Junior Student Council
Junior Council takes on a more active role in organizing major school events, such as prom planning and community outreach. Students gain valuable leadership experience, collaborate with faculty and other student leaders, and prepare to take on senior leadership positions.
Senior Student Council
Senior Council leads the way in shaping the senior year experience. From planning graduation-related events to representing the student body at school functions, this group takes on the most responsibility and serves as role models for the entire school. Their work leaves a lasting legacy at Nathan Hale High School.
