Mentor Program

The Mentor Program is designed to support incoming freshmen as they transition successfully into high school life. Mentors are carefully selected 10th through 12th grade students who apply and interview to ensure that our leaders are also positive role models.

Mentors work collaboratively in teams to plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities for their assigned freshman advisory groups. Through guidance, encouragement, and peer support, mentors help freshmen build confidence, develop skills, and navigate the challenges of their first year.

Due to the important responsibilities and commitment involved, participating mentors earn 0.25 credits per semester while upholding a high standard of conduct and leadership.
