Hale Senior Michael Deacon Takes First Place at Martial Arts Tournament

West Allis Hale is proud to recognize senior Michael Deacon for his outstanding individual accomplishment, earning a first-place finish at the True Arts Martial Arts Tournament held Saturday at Brookfield Central High School. Competing independently against a strong field of talented martial artists, Michael demonstrated exceptional skill, discipline, and focus throughout the competition.

A Third Degree Black Belt in Karate, Michael has spent years honing his craft. His dedication extends beyond his own performance—he also serves as an instructor and judge, working with and evaluating dozens of youth competitors. In these roles, he helps instill important values such as respect, perseverance, and confidence in younger martial artists.

Michael’s achievement reflects his hard work and commitment outside of school, as well as the leadership and character he brings to the Hale community. Congratulations to Michael on this impressive accomplishment!
