Chick-Fil-A - Second Semester Attendance Challenge

West Allis Hale is teaming up with the West Allis Chick-fil-A to reward one of the most important habits for student success—showing up. Through a new attendance incentive program, students who maintain 90% attendance or better during the semester will be automatically entered into a drawing to win one of 10 Chick-fil-A meal deals. The drawing for winners will take place before the end of the semester in June. This partnership highlights a shared commitment between the school and the local business community to support students and encourage consistent attendance.

Being in school every day plays a critical role in academic achievement. Regular attendance allows students to stay engaged with lessons, build strong relationships with teachers and peers, and develop the discipline needed for long-term success. Missing school, even occasionally, can lead to gaps in learning that are difficult to recover from over time.

Programs like this not only provide a fun incentive, but also reinforce a bigger message: attendance matters. By showing up consistently, students are setting themselves up for success not just in the classroom, but in future careers and life beyond high school. Through this collaboration, West Allis Hale and Chick-fil-A are helping students make that connection—one school day at a time.
